MKK Receives Award for Crypto Asset Central Registry System (KVMKS)

Crypto Asset Central Registry System (KVMKS) which we have developed as a global benchmark and launched in our markets was honored with an award in the 'Digital Innovation in Government' category at the 17th IDC Türkiye CIO Summit organized by the International Data Corporation (IDC).

The award was accepted by Mr. Tolga ÖZTÜRK, the Director of Investor and Corporate Governance Services, and Mr. Mustafa AKGÜN, the Director of Investor and Corporate Governance Application Development, during the ceremony.

KVMKS is an application developed and operated by MKK within the framework of Capital Markets Board (CMB) of Türkiye regulations. It is designed to record the transactions and crypto-asset balances maintained in the electronic book-entry systems of crypto-asset service providers, and to enable the reconciliation of balances between platforms and custody institutions. Investors will also be able to monitor their crypto-asset balances through MKK’s e-YATIRIMCI application.
