Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) is an electronic system through which electronically signed notifications required by the capital markets and Borsa Istanbul regulations are publicly disclosed.

"e-YKS: Electronic Board of Directors System" is an information system that enables holding meetings in electronic environment for board of directors of joint stock companies and management boards of other equity companies.​

Regulation on Web sites of Joint Stock Companies defines the procedures and principles for joint stock corporations to open web sites and disclose legally required information and documents on those web sites.

e-ŞİRKET is a platform where the content to be disclosed is uploaded to a specific page for each company with a secure electronic signature and time stamp. The uploaded content is kept in a secure environment, is made available for access and is securely archived.

 

e-YKS​ Security

​e-YKS application is installed and hosted on the company's own IT systems. Access to the system is possible only through VPN and secure electronic signature or mobile signature.
