Within our organization, both a Quality Management System (QMS) and a Customer Satisfaction Management System (CSMS) are implemented. In 2023, we obtained the ISO/IEC 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, and in 2025, the ISO/IEC 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction Management System Certification. The validity of our certificates are continuously maintained through successful audits conducted by internationally accredited independent certification organizations. Our TÜRKAK-accredited ISO/IEC 9001:2015 certificate is valid until October 2026, while our ISO/IEC 10002:2018 certificate remains valid until September 2028.

This policy aims to increase internal and external customer satisfaction and effectively implement quality management throughout the organization by maintaining high service quality with transparent, measurable, and effective processes in all services provided by the Central Securities Depository of Türkiye (MKK).

This policy aims to continuously ensure the satisfaction of Central Securities Depository of Türkiye (MKK) internal and external customers, maintain high service quality, and effectively implement a satisfaction-oriented approach throughout the entire organization.
