This Cookie Policy has been prepared by MKK, in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

  • To request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
  • To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and to request notification of the correction to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request notification of this action to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to a result that is detrimental to you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You may submit your requests regarding the above-listed rights to MKK through the methods prescribed by the applicable legislation.

In accordance with Article 13 of the Law, data subjects must submit their requests regarding the application of the Law to the data controller in writing. MKK will conclude your requests free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board foresees a distinct fee, the fee specified in the official tariff may be charged.

You may submit your applications along with your identification documents via a written petition to our physical address, send them through a notary public, or transmit them to our registered electronic mail address using a secure electronic signature. You may also forward your requests to us in accordance with the methods specified on our privacy policy, which has been established pursuant to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
