Financial Leasing Contract Registration System Application

Pursuant to Article 22 of the Law No. 6361 on Financial Leasing, Factoring, Financing and Savings Financing Companies, financial leasing contracts for movable assets that do not have their own special registry are registered in the special registry kept by the Association of Financial Institutions. Within the framework of the agreement between MKK and the Association of Financial Institutions, the Financial Leasing Contract Registration System (FKSTS) was prepared by MKK's R&D service. 

Participation Banks, Development and Investment Banks and Financial Leasing Companies transfer information on financial leasing contracts to the FKSTS. In this system, in addition to notifications, financial leasing contracts can be queried, and there is also a special reports section.

MKK carries out the processes such as the establishment and management of the system and infrastructure required within the scope of the FKSTS, ensuring system security and control environment, and all development activities in the system.
