Corporate IT Service Management

Our organization has been implementing an IT Service Management System (ITSMS) and obtained the ISO 20000-1 certification in 2021. The validity of our certification is continuously maintained through successful audits conducted by internationally accredited independent certification organizations. Our TÜRKAK-accredited certificate is currently valid through September 2027.
