Infrastructure Service (MKK GABİM)

MKK Gayrimenkul Bilgi Merkezi A.Ş. (GABİM) was established to create and publish data analysis reports on regional and nationwide real estate values in order to improve the quality of real estate valuation in Türkiye. 

GABİM's main responsibilities include determining the procedures and principles regarding real estate valuation information, creating a valuation registration system, database and data bank, and producing information models and products. The Association of Appraisers of Türkiye Member Management System and Real Estate Appraisal Information System (TADEBIS) applications are also used within the framework of the activities of the institution. 

In order to ensure that our subsidiary GABİM also benefits from the infrastructure, database management and information security services that MKK provides to financial markets, the R&D Centre carried out the necessary development activities and inter-system integrations. Within the scope of this service, support is provided by our expert teams in critical areas such as infrastructure management, database management and information security. With advanced firewalls, encryption methods and regular backups, the continuity of the systems and the security of the data are ensured and monitored 24/7.
