Membership Procedures

Crypto Asset Service Providers (CASPs) authorized by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) to operate in the field of crypto assets are required to complete their integration with the Crypto Asset Central Registry System (KVMKS), operated by the Central Securities Depository of Türkiye (MKK).

CASPs that will initiate integration processes must submit the signed Application Letter for KVMKS Integration Test along with the application documents listed below:

• Application Letter for KVMKS Integration Test
• MKK Confidentiality Undertaking
• Signature Circular in Force (Original / Notarised Copy)

CASPs that have received a MKK Technical Integration Declaration Letter to be submitted to the CMB, can initiate their MKK membership application process as specified in Member Letter No.1043.
