Financial Leasing Contract Registration System (e-FTS) Upgraded

We successfully completed the technology transformation of the Financial Leasing Contract Registration System (e-FTS), which we operate jointly with the Association of Financial Institutions (FKB).

e-FTS, which contains information regarding the relevant financial lease agreements whose special registry is tracked under the contract executed between MKK and FKB, has been redesigned using cutting-edge technologies.

Fully executed by the MKK R&D Center using in-house resources, key upgrades include:

• Successfully migrated from Oracle to PostgreSQL.
• Integrated the MKK Signing Tool, removing external dependencies for e-signature processes.
• Fully integrated critical services including the Identity Information Sharing System (KPS), tax query services via Directorate General of Revenue Administration (GİB) Tax Number, e-Government (e-Devlet) authentication, HSM signing, and registered e-mail (KEP) dispatch.
• Converted web service integrations for the Financial Leasing Registration System to modern RESTful architecture.
• Completely eliminated browser and operating system dependencies.
