“MKK Investor Services” includes all services offered by MKK to the investors with its vision to provide central depository services in world standards and with low cost to its stakeholders and create data and technology projects related with these services.
Investors can get information about their securities accounts via phone or internet applications, handle investor blockage operations and benefit from notification and report services free of charge.
Investors should have MKK registry PIN or e-Government Password in order to benefit from these services.
MKK Registry PIN
MKK generates a unique registry number for each investor and provides services related to the investor's portfolio accounts in different institutions with this registry number. After the registry number is created, a notification is sent via SMS and / or e-mail to investors’ mobile phone / e-mail address registered in the system. Thereafter, investors can receive their PINs via calling AloMKK Investor Call Center at 444 0 655. In case an investor blocked or forgot the PIN, it is possible to re-activate or re-create the PIN via call center at 444 0 655. Foreign investors who do not have Foreign ID number can have their PINs after applying their investment institution.
