In the Central Dematerialized System, services to the different markets and applications for the electronically kept capital market instruments are also given. In the Securities Lending and Borrowing Market that is operated by Takasbank and ETF Fund Share creation and redemption operations, the reflection to the investor accounts on security basis by the participants through the integrated system PDP (ISE) between Takasbank and CRA is supplied.

The “Istanbul International Financial Center Strategy Document” was adopted in accordance with the decision no. 2009/31 of the Supreme Planning Council on 29 September 2009. The tasks to establish Istanbul as an international financial center, the private and government institutions responsible for performing those tasks and the project calendar are attached to the strategy document. In the action plan, CRA was jointly entrusted with Takasbank on the Task no. 48 about the “Electronic Fund Trading Platform of Turkey”. Takasbank and CRA have completed their work on the new fund distribution platform, which will enhance marketing of funds for fund managers. As of January 2011, settlement of transactions have been started to be provided by Takasbank and CRA.
