Attachment requests are made to CRA by relevant judicial and administrative authorities. In case a debtor has dematerialized capital market instruments (stocks, mutual funds, corporate debt securities) in his account, the attachment requests are met by CRA.

Collateral operations and liens on dematerialized capital market instruments are reflected to CRA records by participants on the basis of pledger and pledgee. The securities in the system can be held by either the pledger or the pledgee.

Management of rights of usufruct on voting rights, dividends etc. is another legal transaction that is conducted through CRA. These rights are reflected to the records on both right owner and beneficary basis.
