are eligible demeterialized securities for issuance at CRA.

The above mentioned instruments should be registered by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey. Special applications are developed for operations such as public offerings and private placements with regard to securities transfers.

Ownership Information

The CRA participant institutions that issue stocks can receive information on their shareholders unless a restriction is not applied by them. The data on shareholders are provided with a seven day lag according to the registration, however up-to-date information can also be supplied in case there is a valid reason.

Financial and Managerial Operations

Issuers can conduct many operations like dividend distributions, rights issues, capital decreases and reorganizations electronically by using the applications that are developed by CRA.

CRA also provides reporting services with regard to the projected dividend amounts that are going to be paid to issuers before the dividend distribution period.

Furthermore, CRA provides information to issuers about their shareholders who are participating to general assembly meetings by reporting the general blockages applied.
