Financial Rights
CRA provides solutions to beneficial owners that facilitate the exercise of financial rights such as rights issues and distributions such as dividends.
In payments and distributions such as dividends, coupon payments or redemptions CRA allocates the cash amounts from issuers to participants. Participants distribute payments to investors on the basis of information they take from CRA. Solutions are provided regarding the payments to right owners with regard to the status of the owner in view of the tax legislation according to participant notices.
In rights issues, the owners who want to use pre-emptive rights also transfer their payments to CRA through participants. CRA passes on the payments to issuers, and allcates the shares that it has received from issuers to investor accounts. A similar operation takes place in bonus issues without the cash transfer leg.
Operations such as capital decreases and reorganizations are also conducted by CRA.
All the operations mentioned above are run completely electronically and on the basis of right ownership.
Managerial Rights
General assembly meeting blockages can be applied on CRA's system by investors who would like to attend to general meetings. General meeting blackage letters can also be prepared through the system or received from CRA participant intermediary instutions.
